  The following NEEDS ASSESSMENT SURVEY is a tool to gather input from all stakeholders (Certificated, Classified, Parents/Guardians) in the development of Topeka's Budget for the 2025 - 2026 School-year based on the analysis of data. This information will be taken into consideration by the Governance Council who will make the final decision.
  
  Please complete this form to indicate what resources would best meet our students' needs with 4 being most important to 1 being least important in each category.
