Social Emotional Support

A NOTE FROM TOPEKA'S PSW MRS. M - MAY IS MENTAL HEALTH AWARENESS MONTH

For the month of May, wear green on Wednesdays to show that you are thinking of the mental health of yourselves and those around you.
“Green = growth, calm, and support”
Weekly Challenge:
Monday: Take 3 deep breaths today
Tuesday: Say one kind thing to yourself
Wednesday: Check in with a friend
Thursday: Take a break when you need it
Friday: Think of one thing you’re proud of
Warmly,
Mrs. M ❤
