“Green = growth, calm, and support”

Weekly Challenge:

Monday: Take 3 deep breaths today
Tuesday: Say one kind thing to yourself
Wednesday: Check in with a friend
Thursday: Take a break when you need it
Friday: Think of one thing you’re proud of

Warmly,
Mrs. M ❤
