A NOTE FROM TOPEKA'S PSW MRS. M - NOVEMBER WELLNESS CALENDAR

Dear Topeka Families:

I’m excited to share our December Wellness Calendar, filled with simple daily mental exercises you can use with your students to promote social-emotional learning (SEL) during these last three weeks before winter break.

Each day offers a short, flexible activity – such as mindful breathing, gratitude prompts, positive self-talk, or connection-building questions – that can be done any time.

Please take a moment to review the calendar in advance and choose the activities that best fit your family and family needs. Even a few minutes a day can make a big difference in helping students (and us!) stay grounded, connected, and calm during this busy time of year.

Wishing everyone a wonderful start to the month and a smooth, supportive lead-up to winter break!

Warmly,
Mrs. M ❤
