Looking for a way to celebrate your child’s birthday at TOPEKA? You can purchase a birthday package to help them celebrate with our school community and 100% of this money goes to TOPEKA!
 
BRONZE PACKAGE $10 
  • Happy Birthday shout-out during the school announcements
 
SILVER PACKAGE $25
  • Happy Birthday shout-out during the school announcements
  • Happy Birthday message on the School Marquee
 
GOLD PACKAGE $35
  • Happy Birthday message on the marquee
  • Birthday shout-out during the school announcements
  • Birthday child chooses a Gift from the Birthday Box in the front office
 
Please complete the information on the Google Form HERE or print the flyer below and submit payment 2 weeks before your child's birthday. Payment options include cash or check (payable to Topeka Drive PTA) delivered to the office or PayPal. Please note: Birthday Packages will not be delivered unless payment is received.
