We’re excited to invite all Topeka Drive Elementary students to participate in our 2nd Annual Recycled Art Contest! This is a fun opportunity for students to showcase their creativity while promoting sustainability by turning trash into a treasure.

Contest Details:
Submission Deadline: April 23, 2026
Winners Announced: April 28, 2026
Artwork Size: No larger than a 2ft cube
Materials: Must be made from recycled or repurposed materials
Prizes for the Top 4 Winners!
1st Place – 2 tickets to the LA Zoo
2nd Place – 2 tickets to Boulderdash
3rd Place – 2 tickets to Isoplex Ice Arena
4th Place – Matador Bowling Session
Encourage your child to think outside the box and turn everyday discarded items into a masterpiece! Let’s celebrate Earth Day by showcasing the power of creativity and sustainability.

Thank you for registering for the Topeka Recycled Art Contest! We’re excited to see the amazing creations your children have made. Here are the final details for artwork drop-off and judging:
Drop-off Details: Location: Parent Center (on campus)
Date: Monday, April 27
Time: Anytime during school hours
Labeling Instructions:
Option 1. Email us the below details to [email protected]:

Title of the Artwork
List of Materials Used
We will make the tag for the art work. Please just make sure to put at least your child's name somewhere on the project when you drop it off so we can identify it.
Option 2. Download the file below and print your own label
This will help us during the judging process and when displaying the projects.
Judging & Prizes:
The contest will be judged, and winners will be announced on Tuesday, April 28 at Topeka's STEAM Night. Please plan to attend.
